I think I finally figured out what Jewel the vixens odd ball ability should be. She grows when she gets wet with water! That poor shirt doesnt have a chance...

So here we are a few minutes into a water balloon fight. I know where I'd be aiming. And in the end everyone wins. If this piece gets enough comments/likes Ill commission a second panel! I'll also be coloring it soon as well.
